Of course I'm really excited my Alex Kanevsky's work. Its difficult not to be seduced by his use of paint and mark making.
So much of my work gains inspiration from others that of course my dilemma is always the same one, how to I find myself and not simply colpy what I see. Yet at the same time with these new nudes I am using poses directly lifted from Uglow. Perhaps the whole point of this blog is to make these things explicit to myself in order to clarify what I am doing and why
